PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is our policy to present the cost of our holidays inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase. Payment Deadlines:
- Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit per person required within 7 days of reservation.
- Further deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit per person required 75 days prior to departure
- Final Payment: due 45 days prior to travel.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 121 days prior to arrival: no fee
- From 120 days to 61 days prior to arrival: 30% fee
- From 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 60% fee
- From 30 days prior to arrival: 100% fee
- No refunds for any unused portion of the tour once commenced.
- All passengers are advised to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation fees.
Minimum Passenger Numbers:
A minimum of 15 passengers is required for this tour to operate.
