PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is our policy to present the cost of our holidays inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase. Payment Deadlines:
- Deposit: 20% non-refundable deposit per person required within 7 days of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations 61 days or less prior to departure - 100% of overall package cost.
- No refunds for any unused portion of the tour once commenced.
- All passengers are advised to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation fees.
- A reasonable level of fitness is required for some activities on this tour.
Minimum Passenger Numbers:
A minimum of 10 passengers is required for this tour to operate.
