PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.
- The Promoter is The Travel Brokers, a Stella Travel Services New Zealand company.
- Commences Friday 27 July 2012. Entries for the competition must be submitted online or via Facebook. The competition closes at 3pm Friday 3 August 2012. All entries must be received by that date. No responsibility is accepted for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
- Entry is free and open to all residents of New Zealand, aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- To enter, entrants must enter online, LIKE The Travel Brokers Facebook page to complete a registration form. The first correctly answered valid entry randomly drawn will win a weekend in Lake Tekapo for two people, land only. The inclusions of the prize are as follows; 2 nights at the Peppers Bluewater Resort, Lake Tekapo & Super Combo Pass for Tekapo Springs for 2 (hot pools, ice skating and snow tubing)
- Prize does not include flights or transfers from winner's place of residence to or from departure point listed above, pre/post accommodation, meals not stipulated in itinerary, travel insurance, drinks, items of personal expenditure or any other costs, domestic airfares if winner does not reside in Lake Tekapo. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Prize must be taken as awarded by 01 June 2013.
- The random draw will take place at 1 pm on Sunday 05 August 2012 during the RadioLIVE Travel Show. The winner will be contacted via phone during the show. The winner must answer the phone to redeem the prize. Results will be published in marketing communications to all entrants.
- The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary if prizes remain unclaimed 3 months after the draw. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Monday 5 November 2012.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
- If there is an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the promotion or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the promotion. Further the Promoter may at its sole discretion recommence the promotion under the same conditions.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner.
- The winner must have a valid passport and visa (if required).
- Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize for a prize of equivalent value in the event that the prize cannot be offered due to circumstances beyond the promoter's control.
- The prize is subject to the prizewinner's and prizewinner's companion's acceptance of The Travel Brokers, Mantra Group & Tekapo Springs’ booking and passage conditions.
Privacy Notice: The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and may be used to market the Promoter’s services to the entrant. If personal information is not given, participants cannot be entered into the competition.
